You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options. FuNdAnGgO's WebStore reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. We do not offer a return on items unless an agreement is met by you and someone from the FuNdAnGgO's WebStore Team.
If you are accepted for a return You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We do NOT offer returns on Cell Phone items because they are offered at extremely low prices and they are ordered from an offline 3rd party supplier then sent to our department. In some cases we can issue partial refunds or store credits depending on what we feel is a necessary reimbursement. Please keep all the statements above and below in mind when purchasing cell phone items. Also, make sure they are the correct model for your phone before ordering them.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
