• As the Marine, you'll experience a claustrophobia-inducing and terrifying experience where light is your friend, but there's never enough.  However, the United States Marine Corps are humanity's last line of defense, and as such, they are armed to the teeth with the very latest in high explosive and automatic weaponry.
• As the Predator, you will stalk from the shadows and from above, passing athletically through the treetops to ambush your victims.  Although equipped with an array of powerful, exotic weapons and tracking equipment, honor ultimately dictates that you must get in close and take your trophies face to face.
• As the most deadly species in the universe, the Alien offers you the chance to play as the very stuff of nightmares - the monster in the dark swarming forward with countless others, jaws like a steel trap and claws like blades.
• Play all sides off against each other in a series of unique 3-way online modes and go tooth-to-claw-to pulse rival in the reinvention of one of multiplayer gaming's defining moments.

• Survivor (Co-Op) Mode - Survivor allows one to four Marine players to enter an arena and cooperatively battle waves of progressively stronger aliens.
• Predator Hunt - In this mode, one player is selected to become the Predator Hunter for a limited time period.  The rest of the players take the role of the Marine Prey.  The Marine that kills the Predator is next to become the Hunter.
• Infestation - One player will be selected as an Alien.  His task is to kill the Marine prey.  When a Marine player is killed, he will join the Alien team and assist in killing off any remaining Marines.
• Death Match - Death Match is about getting the most kills in a given time limit.  Players can also win the match by hitting the target score before anyone else.
• Species Death Match - This mode pits a Marine, an Alien, and a Predator team against each other in a race to get the most kills within the set time limit or reach the target score before any of the other teams.
• Mixed Species Death Match - Two teams, made up from all three species, battle to get the most kills in the set time limit or to reach the target score before the other team.
• Domination - Two teams fight for ownership of Control Points around the level.
